Song of 6/29/10: Say you Don’t Want it by One Night Only. So this song was all over everywhere today because Emma Watson is in the video. I was intrigued so I watched it and the song, it turns out, is really good. I never would have heard of it if George Craig, lead singer, wasn’t dating Emma but still I think that makes us pretty lucky that he’s dating her because it’s a good song. I’m not necessarily a huge fan of pop for pop’s sake but this Indie Electro-Pop song is fun in a not-nauseating kind of way. I think a lot of people were surprised about this song. I think the lyrics are complicated enough for it to work, it’s not necessarily simple ideas, it makes you think a little bit. Watch it and listen all the way to the end, this band is actually pretty talented. Well, I’m impressed anyways.
